Introduction
As a fervent defender of the historical heritage of the Great Chiefdom of Lössi, I am committed to encouraging young people to take up vanilla growing and to passing on the story of how this precious pod arrived on Lifou, closely tied to the tribe of Mou Ahmelewedr.
In the face of the health and economic crisis, I am more convinced than ever that vanilla is one of the solutions for the future of the island’s youth.
